Less than 2 months ago, we said “wouldn’t it be great if everyone can have an EEG headset and walk around controlling things with their mind.” We set out to build a space that would allow this to happen – that would let visitors experience what it might be like to wear a neural prosthetic.(…)
I worked with Chris Imbriano during the TechCrunch Disrupt SF 2014 Hackathon. We spent the weekend hacking around with the Muse, a consumer EEG headband, NodeJS and the Spark Core. Well then, take a minute to set the color of my desk on a day of your choosing at http://colormydesk.com/ Yes, I backlit my desk and connected the lights to a server that anyone can(…)
This was my first soldering project. I went to Soldering Wednesdays at Makerbar. Thanks to Andy Fundinger for teaching me to solder and letting me use all his equipment. It worked on the first try!
