I made these brioche buns for my 2012 Beef Appreciation BBQ. I followed the NYTimes Light Brioche Buns recipe, but I added sesame seeds on top and cornmeal on the bottom. mmm.
- A lot of dough is needed for 40 buns.
- I let it rise over night. It’s taking over! Run!
- Formed and ready for the oven.
- Ready for the burgers.
